We're partnered with a well-established and highly respected real estate development firm in the Washington, DC metro area. They’re looking to add a Junior Project Manager / Designer to their Tenant Services team, someone passionate about the intersection of design, construction, and commercial real estate.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work closely with leadership to manage office and retail tenant interior projects, from design and site surveys to construction oversight and leasing support. It's a great fit for someone with a background in interior architecture or design who enjoys both creative work and project execution.

Highlights of the Role:

• Manage tenant buildouts and capital improvement projects from start to finish
• Collaborate on test fits, renderings, and marketing support for commercial spaces
• Conduct site surveys and create accurate CAD plans
• Partner with leasing and construction teams to keep projects on track
• Office-based with occasional travel throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia

What They’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in design, architecture, or real estate
• Strong AutoCAD (or similar), Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Photoshop skills
• A collaborative, organized professional with solid communication abilities
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
