Job Description

Why we need this role

As a Channel Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Colt’s channel growth in the U.S. market. You’ll build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key partners, enabling them to deliver Colt’s cutting-edge connectivity, cloud, and voice solutions to enterprise customers.

What you'll do

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for channel growth in the U.S.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with Colt’s strategic goals.

Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue and market share.

Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product teams to support partner success.

Track performance metrics, forecast pipeline, and report on KPIs to leadership.

Represent Colt at industry events, partner summits, and networking forums.

What we're looking for

Recent, relevant of experience in channel sales or partner management in telecom, cloud, or IT services.

Deep understanding of the U.S. channel ecosystem and indirect sales models.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing partner networks.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.Experience with SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, or enterprise networking is a plus.
