E-Commerce Manager – Full-Time (In-Person)

Location: Doral, FL (

Miami HQ)

Compensation: $75,000 yearly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Reports To: Brand Director

We are hiring an E-Commerce Manager to oversee and scale our online operations with precision and leadership. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in DTC fashion or beauty, who understands how to move with speed and strategy, and who thrives on turning great ideas into seamless customer experiences.

This role is in charge of managing our Shopify site, execute product launches, optimize performance data, and become a leader in the brands growth Your operational mindset, analytical skills, and ability to lead with clarity will be key to the brand’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

– Build and maintain dashboards for revenue, sell-through, customer behavior, and return rates

– Present weekly insights and proposed actions to the leadership team

– Guide decision-making through data, not assumptions

-Analysis and understanding of product behavior data

Team Leadership & CX Collaboration

– Provide leadership to the e-commerce function, supporting any junior team members

– Work closely with the Customer Experience team to address pain points and improve site policies

– Turn feedback into frontend and backend optimizations

Platform & Site Management

– Manage and improve Shopify storefront performance across devices

– Oversee integrations including Klaviyo, Yotpo, and inventory tools

– Ensure accurate, updated product pages, collections, and navigation

Product Launch Execution

– Lead timelines and backend prep for all product launches

– Ensure accurate PDP details and visual merchandising

– Coordinate across teams to meet creative and marketing deadlines

Conversion Optimization

– Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve CVR, AOV, and UPT

– Enhance mobile UX, navigation, and checkout flow

– Drive repeatable wins across the customer journey

Inventory & Forecasting

– Forecast inventory by category and SKU to support sales plans

– Track sell-through performance in real-time

– Prevent overstock or shortages by coordinating with production and fulfillment

Candidate Profile & Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus

– 5–8 years of experience in DTC e-commerce (women’s fashion or beauty preferred)

– Proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics, Monday.com (or similar), and DTC e-commerce strategies

– Strong foundation in Excel, including the use of pivot tables for analysis and reporting

– Operationally strong, with a track record of building and improving systems

– Data-driven and confident presenting KPIs, insights, and action plans

– Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and managing timelines

– Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

– Calm, clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
