With a rich history of over 100 years of combined experience in supply chain solutions, the company offers stability, growth opportunities, and a chance to work in a brand-new facility. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders using paper pick sheets and operate both stand-up reach lifts and sit-down forklifts. + Wrap pallets using pallet wrapping machines and use forklifts to load and unload trucks. + Participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure safe and knowledgeable forklift operation. + Perform cross-trained warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. + Utilize company-specific software for warehouse management tasks. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of warehouse experience. + Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts. + Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs safely. + Proficiency in reading pick sheets and handling inbound/outbound freight. + Strong oral and written communication skills in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF scanners is a plus. + Motivation for career advancement and long-term commitment. + Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management. **Why Work Here?** Experience long-term stability with competitive pay and extensive working hours. The facility operates primarily from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and offers a supportive environment with necessary equipment and technology for efficient operation. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
