Join a positive working environment in a busy medical office! **Required Qualifications of the Front Office Medical Receptionist** - 3+ years of recent high-volume medical front office experience required - Referrals and prior authorization, insurance eligibility, and scheduling experience required - High school diploma or GED required - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen **Responsibilities of the Front Office Medical Receptionist** - Greet and check in/check out patients - Collect insurance information, registration forms, and copays - Verify insurance - Prep charts - Answer phones - Schedule/reschedule appointments - Process referrals - Assist with other duties as needed **About the Company** This well-known and successful healthcare system has remained a symbol of quality for over 25 years.
