Position Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Omaha NE

Salary Grade: $28.00 – $43.00
FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt- receives overtime

Summary of Position:

The Inventory Manager oversees the management of inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling and distribution of company products. This role focuses on optimizing logistical processes and maintaining inventory accuracy to support organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).

• Supervise order preparation and fulfillment team, optimizing procedures for productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with departments for timely delivery and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage carrier relationships, resolving shipping issues.
• Implement safety protocols for a secure working environment.
• Utilize inventory management software for tracking.
• Coordinate transportation needs with freight carriers.

Required Education - Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency in the fundamentals of shipping and receiving processes.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience operating a forklift

Work Hours

• Monday-Friday day shift
• Average of 45 hours per week
