Job Title: Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care

Shift: 5x8s, Nights
Duration: 13 Weeks + High Possibility of Permanent Placement
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and high-quality care in a long-term care setting. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care, ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and develop care plans.
Assist with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs.
Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.
1+ years of RN experience (preferably in long-term care or geriatrics).
Strong knowledge of nursing best practices in long-term care.
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Active RN license in New York (required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Certified
