Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our upscale restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
  • Train and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service and create a positive dining experience for guests
  • Manage inventory, order supplies when needed, and ensure proper equipment maintenance
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Report any maintenance issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
