We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and other environmental factors. You’ll play a critical part in helping clients return to normal after a disaster by performing cleanup, demolition, drying, and other restoration activities.
Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.
Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire cleanup, mold remediation, and general demolition.
Operate and maintain restoration equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, extractors, and air scrubbers.
Document and photograph job progress; maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used.
Set up containment and safety barriers for mold or hazardous conditions as needed.
Assist in packing, moving, and storing clients’ personal belongings when necessary.
Adhere to industry safety protocols and company procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency responses.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related field (preferred but not required).
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly and work in confined or high places.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
IICRC Certification (e.g., WRT, FSRT, AMRT) is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

This position involves physical labor, exposure to construction sites, potential hazards (e.g., mold, smoke, water), and varying environmental conditions. Proper PPE and safety training will be provided.
