Location: Hybrid – Primarily remote, with occasional in-person work in Westchester, NY 

About KONVOY:

KONVOY ( is a mission-driven startup based in Westchester County, NY. We connect families with off-duty 1st Responders to provide in-person welfare checks on adults aging in place, closing the gap between daily concerns and emergency calls. We’re growing fast and seeking a creative, organized, resourceful Social Media Coordinator.   

Role Overview:   

This part-time role (20 hrs/week) is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with excellent communication skills and a passion for meaningful storytelling. You’ll work directly with our founding team to shape our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.   

Key Responsibilities:   

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content 
• Assist with photography/video coordination for events and real-time content 
• Track performance metrics and audience engagement 
• Contribute to campaign planning and community building 
• Support occasional IRL events and outreach initiatives around Westchester 

You are a great fit if you:

• Are based in or near Westchester 
• Have 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (internship experience counts!) 
• Have design experience (Canva, Adobe)
• Can work independently, but love collaboration 
• Can work in a fast-paced, startup environment 
• Are passionate about eldercare, family safety, or mission-driven work
