October Three, an entrepreneurial, team-oriented financial services company on a mission to improve the way people retire, is recruiting for a Senior Retirement Asset Analyst; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.

In this role, you will maintain and process asset data for October Three’s daily value market-based cash balance plans. You review and analyze third party data feeds, confirm the plans were updated accordingly, and administer the plans with the updated asset information. You will also debug any process issues and handle escalations from junior team members. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a generous salary and bonus opportunities. The chosen candidate can work out of the company’s Jacksonville, FL, or Irving, TX, location and will work a hybrid schedule after an initial training period.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience working with data and/or assets in the retirement, financial services, or insurance industry (retirement industry strongly preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A passion for quality with experience ensuring high accuracy and minimal errors
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to properly identify, research, and document issues
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including complex functions (e.g., VLOOKUPs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Nice-To-Haves

  • Ability to perform complex Excel macros
  • SQL skills
  • Certifications in project management, retirement, or finance
