What You'll Be Doing:

Craft Solutions: Take ownership of the configuration, customization, development, and implementation of upgrades and new releases for Salesforce applications.
Connect Systems: Design and maintain robust integration frameworks, troubleshooting and resolving any break/fix issues that arise.
Ensure Quality: Develop and enhance unit tests, leading validation efforts to guarantee optimal Salesforce performance.
Drive Improvement: Assist in planning application and design changes, researching and implementing tools to streamline the CI/CD process.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally with Lightning and a background in banking/finance.
2+ years of experience designing and building Force.com applications using Apex, Visualforce, and metadata-driven development.
Strong proficiency in web services, including executing calls and interpreting responses (REST or SOAP).
Expertise in test-driven development, with the ability to build, write, and enhance unit test cases.
