Rate: Local : $30/hour on W2,Gross weekly $1200 And Traveler : $15 on w2 Per-Diem (Weekly ) = 700/40 Gross weekly $1300
Weekend Requirement: Rotating; typically 1 weekend off per month
On-Call Requirement: None
Travel/Transportation: Must have own vehicle or rental (no public transportation available)
We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care facility in Wakefield, MI, for a 13-week travel assignment starting July 28, 2025 . This role focuses on providing essential daily care and support to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
As a CNA in our facility, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral care, hair and nail care
Supporting residents with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
Ensuring the safety, comfort, and dignity of all residents
Collaborating with the nursing team and reporting any changes in resident condition promptly
Adhering to infection control and facility protocols
Minimum 5 years of recent CNA experience (mandatory)
Travel contract experience required
Must possess an active CNA license in Michigan
Must hold a current BLS certification (AHA)
Must have own vehicle or rental no public transit access
Winter travel experience strongly preferred due to local conditions
Available for entire contract duration, including required weekend rotation
