Job Title: Business Process Consultant

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Process Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to discover and prepare phases of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Materials Management in Greenfield/brownfield, or business as usual functionalities implementation.
Expectations and Tasks:
Explore phase of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Materials Management in Greenfield/brownfield, or business as usual functionalities implementation. Realize Phase of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Materials Management in Greenfield/brownfield, or business as usual functionalities implementation. Realize Phase for Quality Assurance and Testing using Debugging & Error Root Cause Analysis techniques. Deploy & Run Phase using ABAP Performance Optimization Projects in Greenfield/brownfield or business as usual functionalities implementation. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and offer feedback for process enhancements. Product Support and Customer Engagement: Handle high-priority customer concerns and ensure their resolution within the defined service level agreements.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:
Business Process Consulting in Materials Management processes (Sourcing, Procurement, or Inventory Management);
Requirements gathering and Solution Design (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC);
Configuration and Functional Specifications (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC);
Functional Testing (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC);
Cutover Planning and Management (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC);
Incident Management and Continuous Improvement (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC); and
Microsoft Office.
Travel: Position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency : The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $143,910. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $159.900 . The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
