Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Development Project Manager to lead one or more projects with a strong foundation in civil site design. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial, residential, municipal, and roadway design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple civil site development projects across various client types.
2. Prepare proposals and develop project fees.
3. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and coordinate with consultants to support project and business development.
4. Oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
5. Coordinate engineering tasks and collaborate with other disciplines as necessary.
6. Develop and define the scope of work for each project.
7. Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams.
8. Supervise and mentor engineers and technical staff as needed.
9. Track project progress using Vision and/or Microsoft Project with intermediate to advanced proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site design for public and private sector projects.
• Proven experience in developing residential design plans and engaging directly with residential clients.
• Strong project management background, including scope, schedule, and budget development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with preference for Civil 3D experience.
• Demonstrated business development capabilities.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of business and financial project metrics.
