NEEDED: Therapeutic Radiologic Technologist / Radiation Therapists

LOCATION: 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033

HOURS: Monday through Friday typically between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be certified as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologists (with specialty in ARRT(T).
• With at least two years of continuous working experience performing Radiation therapy treatments within the last three years to ensure experience is current and relevant.
• Hold a current CPR / BLS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Therapeutic Radiation Technologist will be responsible for the delivery of radiation treatments to patients with a wide variety of malignant diagnoses. The Technologist will operate complex equipment in the setup and simulation of patient treatment and must be skilled in the use of computerized block shaping/designing computers, film processing/ duplicating techniques, and highly technical quality control procedures involving the entire Therapeutic Radiology Service.
