We are currently seeking a dedicated  Nurse Practitioner with experience in  Primary Care and/or Urgent Care to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where patient care is the top priority.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
• Refer patients to specialists or additional services as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree (or higher) in Nursing (APRN)
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and national board certification
• Valid prescriptive authority in NY
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or urgent care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required
